SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CNS Engraving. First and foremost, we want you to be happy and strive to provide our customers with the best products available. However, we can only offer the following terms and conditions for shipping and returns:

 

1. All items are crafted and personalized one at a time at our shop in Powell, OH. After your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to engrave and ship out (5 days during holidays). Depending on where you live, it then typically takes an additional 3-5 days for the item to arrive. (please allow an extra time for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)

 

2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed additional days. We will contact you via phone or email if there will be a delay in your order. Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. 


3. We are NOT responsible for lost or broken items. We will review the situation as needed and determine if we will send out necessary replacement or refund. Although we offer FREE shipping. It is suggested to include insurance for additional fees.

4. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis only. Only if the item is unused and returned to CNS Engraving, will we consider a refund or replacement.

5. NO REFUNDS on customer orders.

6. Sale items and custom orders are FINAL. No exceptions.

7. A purchase is defined as: that you have agreed to these terms and approved any artwork and/or proofs.
